Long Skein Book Making Machine

Purpose:
Packing of long skeins silk yarn of 5 kg capacity.

1. The Book Making Chamber size is I 20x350x700 mm. It is made of 16mm thick plate cleanly machined and Powder Coated or Chromium Plated on either side of the chamber.

2. The Upper Jaws are made of 40mm thick seasoned Teak wood and reinforced by 8mm thick M.S Plate. Locking arrangement for the top jaw is provided.

3. The Bottom moveable Jaws are made of 40mm thick seasoned Teak wood and reinforced by a 8 mm M.S.Plate.

4. The motion to the Bottom jaw is given by two Screw Rods which give uniform motion and they are connected by a Helical Gear through 25.4mm Shaft and Handle which provides smooth and quick motion.

5. The bottom frame is made of 35x35x6mm MS Angle.
