For Cocoon cooking before Reeling.

1. The Outer and Inner Perforated vessels of the Cooking unit are made of Stainless Steel 304 grade 18 gauge material.
2. The Stand is fabricated of 35x35x6 mm M.S. Angle and the top portion of the Cooking unit is covered by a Stainless Steel tray of 304 grade 16 gauge thick.
3. Steam Connections to each of the Vessels are provided by a Copper tube 10 mm 14 Gauge with 1/2" Control Wheel Valve IBR approved from I" M.S C Class steam line pipe. Stainless Steel Ladles for cooking is supplied for individual Pans.
4. 1 1/4" G.1 C Class cold water pipe line is provided on top and fitted with good quality Valves for supply of cold water to each pan. For draining out waste water 20mm Gun Metal or Brass Ball Valve is provided.
